SEL Survey Permission Slips Due

The Texas Education Agency has approved the use of federal funding to support programs geared towards improving the social-emotional wellness of students in Texas public schools. In order to learn more about students in our district, we are asking students in grades 3 through 6th to participate in online social-emotional surveys throughout this school year. Their feedback will provide valuable insights into their experiences and how we can improve and adapt our district to their needs.

All that is required is for you, as the parent or guardian, to sign the permission form for this survey. Permission slips will be sent home on Monday or you can print and sign the form below. All forms should be returned by Sept. 30th in order for your child to participate. You may also notify your child’s teacher of your choice to opt-in to the screening process via email or Remind.
