Our students are keeping their eye on the sky. Artemis I, formerly Exploration Mission-1 ,will be the first integrated flight test of NASA’s Deep Space Exploration Systems. Students will learn about the challenges of living in space, research and design a colony, and build a 3D model using recycled materials. The project involves applying concepts in science, math, architecture, psychology, and engineering to developing engineering and mental health design solutions to keep colonists alive, healthy, and happy. Students will also develop critical thinking, research, engineering design, teamwork, and communication skills.
